I work best under pressure: Virdhawal

Virdhawal Khade
Virdhawal Khade created history in 2010 Asian Games 2010 by winning a bronze medal in the men's 50m butterfly event, as he became the only Indian to win a medal in aquatics at the mega event since Khajan Singh won the silver at the 1986 Games. He also holds the distinction of being the fastest swimmer in his age category.

He recently qualified for London Olympics 2012 and his nomination for this year’s Arjuna Award just proves his exemplary skills in swimming.

In an exclusive chat with Akshi Aggarwal of Indian Sports News, he talks about the honour and respect he has received post Asian Games win and his preparations for the Olympics 2012.
